Gravatar, or Globally Recognized Avatar, is a free service that allows you to assign an avatar to your email address that will then assign your Gravatar to your profile on Gravatar enabled sites, like Geek or Nerd!
All you need to do is visit http://www.gravatar.com/ and sign up for an account. You will then have to verify your email address by clicking the link in the email you are sent after registration. Then you simply add your email address and upload an avatar for that email address!

If you sign-up for Gravatar, be sure to add an avatar to the email address that you signed up for Geek or Nerd with. Then all of your comments will have your Gravatar image next to them!
